Reaper Script: Q-FX-Insert

Hey folks,
A couple of days ago, I released an early version of this script. It had some bugs and could use some refinement, so I rewrote the whole thing.

REAPER Script: Quickly Insert and Copy FX to One or Multiple Tracks!

This script makes loading effects in REAPER faster and more efficient. Instead of manually inserting a plugin on multiple tracks, this script lets you select your tracks, choose an effect from the FX Browser, and automatically apply it.

How it works:

• Select the track(s) where you want to add an effect.

• Run the script—the FX Browser will open, allowing you to choose a plugin.

• If only one track is selected, the effect is added to that track, and its FX chain window opens.

• If multiple tracks are selected, the effect is copied to all of them, and all FX chain windows are closed automatically.

This script is a huge timesaver, eliminating the tedious manual work of inserting the same effect across multiple tracks.
