Pinky Noisebud, 2024, February 272025, May 27 Hey People, I decided to set this little gem free for all, enjoy! Hopefully, I have some more Patreon-exclusive fun and useful stuff coming in a week or so, I just need to beat this flu so that my brain starts to work again. ——————————————————————————– This is a Patreon-only alpha-build of an experimental plugin that will compare and adapt the spectrum of the incoming audio against pink noise using 5 bands, hence the name Pinky. The result is subtle but I prefer the sound with it activated almost 100% of the time (more about that in the video). How to use / the short version of a manual: Put it late in your mastering chain, right before the limiter or even after. Amount: The max added gain is +3 dB, +0.5 dB is more likely, though. Delta: This plays the Delta signal. + and – : With + activated, only louder audio than the incoming signal will be played. the – button will do the opposite. They can be great when matching the loudness by ear or to make you aware of what you are listening to in the delta. Output: Makeup gain Bypass: I’m going to let you guess what this one does. Blog
