Touch controllers Noisebud, 2012, October 25 We’re about to sell our beloved Jazz Mutant Lemur just because of its weight. We thought we‘d buy an iPad and run the Lemur software on that but since Windows 8 we’re not sure if that’s the best choice anymore. If we would get a Win 8 laptop with a Multitouch screen and run Emulator we would have all the benefits from a touch screen but we would just have to carry one device instead of two. But no one seems to be using Emulator for music; they’re just using it with Traktor to DJ which is less demanding than creating music in real time, could there be an reason for that? Please comment if you have used Emulator or similar PC software for playing music live! Blog
