Once again Audiorama, BAS, FRIM, Fylkingen, KFUMs chamberchoir, Kroumata, Samtida Musik, SEKT and Stockholms saxophone quartet cooperates to make this week happend. Same as last year EMS and Musikalliansen will also participate. The first concert was given at 5pm by Evan Parker in S:t Jacobs church. Then it all continued at kulturhuset with The peärls before swïne experience, France Marie Uitti and Marcus Wrangö amongst others. The festival will end sunday 23rd at Audiorama. Don’t miss it! Something we specially look forward to is Tomorrow’s concert, 12.00 am at Audiorama where (amongst others) Sol will have her new electroacoustic piece ‘1000m frustration’ played. The piece is mixed in B-format and it will be very exciting to hear it in a 17.1 speaker system! oh, and the best part; It’s free of charge :) Download the Sound of Stockholm program here as a pdf or visit their homepage http://soundofstockholm.se/ For some reason the english version of the Kulturhuset’s site isn’t updated but look to your right and you’ll see theticket info.
