Fletchy-Muncher 2 Noisebud, 2022, February 182025, May 27 Fletchy-Muncher helps you find out if your mix is too harsh sounding. It does that by applying an inverted Fletcher-Munson curve (the opposite to the plugin Smile). By doing that, the part of the spectrum where our ears are most sensitive will stand out. You should be able to go up halfway without killing your ears. – Your mix is a little dull if it still sounds good at 100%, add some mid and high mid to your mix – You can’t bear the sound at 50%. Back off around 3kHz with a dB or maybe two. You can also use it as a one-set EQ to make your mix sound louder, I don’t recommend it but I know that a lot of people like to use it for that.
