Buhdist v2.01

Here’s Buhdist 2.01!!!
This is just a minor update to fix the linked manual, nothing else has changed.

Changelog v2.01:

• The manual button will now take you to the right manual for v2

Differences between v1 & v2:

• Removed the Gentle/Mayhem control, instead, the amount knob reacts exponentially so the green area is the former Gentle section and the red the Mayhem.
• Added a global HP/LP filter
• Changed the behavior of the tilt filter to a more classic approach
• 4 more distortion types added
• Added a phase invert button
