Evolving computer instrumentalists Noisebud, 2011, April 5 We live in a time were the computer slowly is becoming accepted as an instrument, we’re not there yet but new inventions and techniques pops up every day. We just found out that Renoise now has implemented something they call duplex which give Renoise the possibility to communicate two ways with different Midi or OSC controller hardware. This turns a wicked production tool into an explosive live instrument. We haven’t tried it yet but we will asap.
