Square Alpha 001 Noisebud, 2026, April 20 Hey gang! This highly experimental alpha plugin can potentially become something in the future. It was born from the Strain control in WUT but instead of applying the incoming peaks to the waveform after the low-end process in WUT, it will do the same with audio processed with third-party plugins. When used with an EQ, like I did in the video, I could get a similar sound as if I run the signal through an analog compressor. It glued the track together and I could add about 2.5 dB of gain without ruining the dynamics. I’m aware that this info is somewhat cryptic and that the video doesn’t show that much. If you do get it, please take it for a test run and leave your feedback to influence further development. If you don’t get it, take it for a test run to see if you do get it. =) The setup is the same as with Purr-Fect. You will need a ‘dry’ sidechain input that will be used to copy the peaks and parts of the original waveform to your processed audio. Back on the island (öin) 2010, April 26 We’re back home after our second live performance. The audience brought us a couple of ours with recorded noise and we made music out of it, live and direct. We ended the concert with a jam session where we played together with Yourhighness and Håkan Lidbo, great fun and we’re definitely up… Share this: Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Share on X (Opens in new window) X Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window) LinkedIn Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Print (Opens in new window) Print Read More
360 – Phase rotation with a twist (pun intended) 2026, April 20 This one came from you guys.A Patreon asked if I could make a simple phase rotation tool — something to just fix phase problems during mixing. Since I’ve already done Leaky and BassFlip, both dealing with more advanced phase manipulation, I figured: sure, let’s make a simple one too. But… Share this: Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Share on X (Opens in new window) X Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window) LinkedIn Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Print (Opens in new window) Print Read More
