Major Update! -Reaper Script for creating Cue Sheet & WAV files for vinyl production

Hey people,

This is a major update to the cue sheet script that some of you have already been using for a while. The new version introduces a full graphical interface, wildcard support, choose logo from the UI, and more. It’s built to speed up vinyl prep even further; you’ll be done in no time.

What’s new in v26.0

• Full GUI with ReaImGui
  All settings are now editable in a window: logo path, sample rate, filenames, region labels, export folder, etc.

• Wildcard support
  Use $project, $author, $date, $track, $item, and more in region names, filenames, artist fields, and cue sheet metadata.

• Automatic detection of wkhtmltopdf
  The script tries to detect wkhtmltopdf automatically. You can still fill in the path manually in case the auto function wouldn’t work.

• Custom region naming
  Define your own Side A/B names using templates.

• Choose logo from the script
  Click “Browse” to find your logo. Supports any PNG image, and you set the logo height directly in the UI.

Requirements

ReaImGui, SWS/S&M, and js_ReaScriptAPI

ReaImGui – Required for the graphical interface.
SWS/S&M and/or js_ReaScriptAPI – Required for browse buttons to work

Install via ReaPack:

1. Extensions > ReaPack > Browse Packages

2. Search for ReaImGui, SWS/S&M, and js_ReaScriptAPI

3. Install all three and restart REAPER

wkhtmltopdf

Used to generate the cue sheet as a PDF.

How to use

1. Create a new REAPER project

2. Import the already rendered premaster WAVs — in the order they should appear on vinyl

3. Place them all on one track

4. Select the items for Side A (the rest become Side B)

5. Run the script

6. Fill in the form

7. Click Generate

   • The PDF cue sheet will be generated

   • REAPER’s Render dialog will open ready to render the two audio files for Side A and B.
