Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale
Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy Noisebud software through the Noisebud Store on noisebud.se or through My Noisebud.

Company Information

Noisebud is operated by Saintpid Mastering, a Swedish sole proprietorship.

Business name: Saintpid Mastering / Noisebud
Swedish registration number: 7303030196
VAT number: SE730303019601
Business address: Dalkarlsvägen 59, 141 40 Huddinge, Sweden
Email: info@noisebud.com
Phone: +46 (0) 8 121 140 40
Country of establishment: Sweden

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of downloadable Noisebud software and permanent software licenses made through the Noisebud Store on noisebud.se or through My Noisebud.

Software use is also governed by the Noisebud End-User License Agreement (“EULA”), available here:
Noisebud End-User License Agreement.

If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under Swedish law or other applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Seller and Merchant of Record

Purchases in the Noisebud Store are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), which acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller of Noisebud products. Creem is the seller shown on your receipt and handles payment, invoicing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and payment refunds and chargebacks.

Noisebud remains responsible for the software itself, for delivery of your license, and for activation and product support.

Creem’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. If they conflict with these Terms, Creem’s Buyer Terms prevail, subject to mandatory consumer law.

3. Products and Digital Delivery

Noisebud products are digital products supplied electronically. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, no physical product is delivered.

After a successful purchase, the corresponding license or account entitlement is normally added to your My Noisebud account and the software is made available electronically.

Delivery may depend on the purchase being successfully confirmed by Creem and on the information required to associate the purchase with the correct My Noisebud account. Use the same email address at checkout as in My Noisebud or on Patreon.

4. Product Information and Compatibility

The main functionality, supported formats, system requirements, compatibility information and any important technical restrictions are stated on the relevant product page, documentation or download page.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking that the stated requirements are compatible with your intended system. Most products can be tried for free in Demo mode, or with a free trial, before purchase. This does not limit any statutory rights relating to incorrect, incomplete or misleading compatibility information.

5. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total price payable, including any applicable sales tax or VAT, is shown in the Creem checkout before payment is completed.

If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees.

Tax treatment may depend on the customer’s location and whether the customer is purchasing as a consumer or as a business. Customers must provide accurate country and business information when requested.

6. Payment

Payment is made to Creem using the payment methods offered in the Creem checkout. Noisebud does not collect or store your payment-card credentials.

7. Order Process and Confirmation

Before completing a purchase, you will be given an opportunity to review the product, price and other information presented during checkout and to correct relevant input errors.

A purchase that creates a payment obligation is completed only when you actively confirm the order through a clearly identified payment or purchase action.

After the purchase, Creem sends you a receipt, and Noisebud sends an electronic confirmation of your license. Please keep them for your records.

8. My Noisebud Accounts

Some purchases and licenses require a My Noisebud account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Purchase history, license entitlements, trial status and other information necessary to operate the licensing system may be associated with your account.

9. Permanent Licenses

A permanent license remains valid indefinitely subject to the EULA. Ending a Patreon subscription or other temporary access arrangement does not remove a permanent license that has already been granted.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, a permanent license includes updates within the same major version. A future major version may require a separate license or upgrade purchase.

10. Noisebud Credits

My Noisebud may show Noisebud Credits that can be used toward permanent licenses where this option is available.

The current credit balance and the amount required for a permanent license are shown in My Noisebud. Any specific conditions concerning how Credits are earned or used are presented in connection with the relevant account feature.

Noisebud Credits are a loyalty benefit. They are applied as a discount on the price of a permanent license, and any remaining amount is paid through Creem. Credits have no cash value and cannot be paid out, transferred or sold.

If a purchase is refunded, any Credits used for that purchase are restored to your account and any bonus Credits earned from it are removed.

Noisebud Credits do not reduce or replace any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Patreon Access

Eligible paying Patreon members may receive full access to Noisebud software covered by their active membership.

Patreon subscription payments are processed by Patreon and are subject to Patreon’s applicable payment and subscription terms. Noisebud determines the software entitlement associated with the membership.

When qualifying Patreon access ends, products that are not covered by a permanent license may return to Demo mode or otherwise lose full functionality. Permanent licenses already acquired remain unaffected.

12. Trials and Demo Versions

Noisebud may offer trials or demo versions. Trial eligibility and duration may be recorded against your Noisebud account and the relevant product.

After a trial expires, software may enter Demo mode unless your account has another entitlement that grants full access. Demo versions may include functional restrictions or intentional audible interruptions as described for the product.

13. Right of Withdrawal

Noisebud software is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium and is delivered immediately after purchase. At checkout, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

If this consent was not given, or delivery has not yet begun, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Details are in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by Creem, normally to the payment method used for the original purchase.

When a purchase is refunded, you must stop using the software covered by that purchase. Noisebud may revoke the corresponding permanent license or account entitlement. Other licenses and entitlements on your account are not affected.

15. Faulty or Non-Conforming Software

The rules on withdrawal do not affect your rights if software is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

Consumers have the statutory rights and remedies that apply to digital content under applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include correction, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract, repayment or damages.

To report a problem, contact info@noisebud.com and include the product name, version, operating system, host software where relevant, and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within three business days.

16. Business Customers

A customer purchasing mainly for purposes related to a trade, business, craft or profession is treated as a business customer rather than a consumer.

Statutory consumer rights, including the consumer right of withdrawal, do not apply to business purchases unless Noisebud expressly agrees otherwise.

17. Earlier Direct Purchases

Purchases made directly from Noisebud before October 2026, for example through PayPal, remain governed by the terms that applied when they were made. Licenses from those purchases remain valid.

18. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Contact Noisebud first. If you have a complaint concerning a purchase, license or software product, please contact info@noisebud.com. Please include enough information to identify your purchase and explain what outcome you are requesting. Payment questions can also be raised with Creem at creem.io/contact.

Alternative Dispute Resolution. A consumer may, where the applicable requirements are met, request that a dispute be examined by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN)
Box 174
101 23 Stockholm
Sweden
www.arn.se

ARN issues recommendations in consumer disputes. Noisebud will consider and participate in applicable dispute-resolution procedures in accordance with Swedish law.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore not used for new disputes.

Courts. A dispute may also be brought before a competent court. Consumers retain any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the country in which you habitually reside. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction or where a consumer may bring or defend a claim.

20. Changes to These Terms

Noisebud may update these Terms for future purchases or where changes are necessary because of law, regulation, services or the way Noisebud products are distributed.

Changes do not retroactively remove permanent rights already granted or reduce mandatory consumer rights.
