Request Download links

Use this form when you donated in the past and need a new set of download links or want to request links to an update of a product you donated for in the past.

Good to know:

– Link requests for free downloads will be ignored
– Requests made for e-mail addresses that don’t exist in our database will be ignored
– All bug fixes are free
– You are entitled to new links and free updates within 12 months from the time of your donation
– If you request an update but it’s been more than 12 months since you donated you’ll get a discount code to use at checkout, the discount will be based on how much you donated in the past, it’s usually about the cost of a coffee… Sometimes a beer…
– New download links will be free if you request new links for single products that haven’t been updated since your donation even though more than 12 months have passed, this does not apply to bundles.
