After some digging into this it seems like there is a bug (it’s not really a bug but the way Reaper handles VST’s) in Reaper that make plugins developed with SynthEdit unstable. There’s no satisfying solution ATM, some have reported plugins to behave correctly while using a VST wrapper so you could try that, I’ll post links to a wrapper if I find any that work good. Hopefully either Cockos or Synthedit release a compatible version soon or someone finds a alternative way of compiling the plugins. Sorry about this, we’ll add a hint about this issue on the download page asap.
